Terms & Conditions
All payments are due upon placement of orders at Cherry Rainbow. If a payment is not received or payment method is declined, the buyer forfeits the ownership of any items purchased. If no payment is received, no items will be shipped.
An order can be cancelled at any time from the moment an order is placed up until fourteen working days from the day after you receive your items, in line with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014. To cancel an order you must notify us at email@example.com within the time frame outlined; failure to do so will mean you forfeit your right to cancel your order.
United Kingdom (UK)
Orders are shipped Royal Mail 1st Class and may take up to 7 working days to be delivered from the date they have been shipped.
If you require Royal Mail Signed For™ 1st Class, Royal Mail Signed For™ 2nd Class or Special Delivery Guaranteed™ please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org to request this, but please be aware that additional costs may apply.
International (any destination outside of the UK)
Orders are shipped Royal Mail Airmail and may take 7 to 14 working days to be delivered, depending on the destination, from the date they are shipped.
If you would prefer for you order to be sent via any other service please contact us directly at email@example.com to arrange this, but please be aware that additional costs may apply.
Once orders are placed an automated notification will be sent via PayPal to the email account that was provided when the order was placed. After an order is received it will be prepared and shipped at the soonest available. Please allow at least 7 working days for your item/s to be delivered if the destination for delivery is within the UK, and allow 14 working days if your item is being shipped internationally (a destination outside of the UK).
If you do not receive your item/s within the timeframe outlined above please contact firstname.lastname@example.org stating you name, order number and the date you placed your order. If the parcel is ‘lost’ we will resend your order free of charge, but if a replacement is unavailable we will provide a full refund.
Items are carefully packaged in order to ensure that they arrive safely and good condition. If, however, your item/s arrive in a damaged condition, please notify us immediately at email@example.com providing a full and accurate description, if possible providing photographic evidence, so that we can attempt to rectify the problem in a swift and appropriate manner.
If you wish to return an item you must notify us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 14 days of receiving your items, in order to arrange a refund. In the email please state your name, order number and reason for retuning the item/s. Please note items that are sent back without authorisation may result in a refund not being issued.
Once a return is authorised you will have 7 days to return the item. Items that are to be returned must unused and in the original condition they were received. Please retain proof or postage for if items are not safely returned to Cherry Rainbow and are ‘lost’ in transit will not be able to provide a refund unless appropriate evidence of postage can be produced. Please note, costs incurred to return items are to be covered by the buyer and not Cherry Rainbow. Once the item/s have been returned the customer will receive a full refund with 5 working days via the original payment method.
This does not affect your usual consumer rights, including your right to claim a refund, replacement, repair and/or compensation where the goods are faulty or misdescribed.
Any complaints about items or delivery may be sent to email@example.com. There is no guarantee of a resolution; each case will be looked at individually.
Cherry Rainbow is not responsible for any health or safety concerns once the buyer has received the item. If any harm is incurred from the items purchased by the buyer, Cherry Rainbow shares no responsibility.
